Link Software LLC was founded in 2005 with a simple premise: businesses shouldn’t have to settle for software that almost fits. Off-the-shelf applications make compromises. Your business shouldn’t have to.

For more than two decades, we have designed and developed custom web applications, ERP systems, client portals, and WordPress solutions for businesses across manufacturing, professional services, sports, entertainment, and more. Every piece of software we build is created specifically for the client who hired us. We don’t use templates, recycled codebases, or one-size-fits-all solutions.

Who We Are

Brian J. Link, Founder

I started Link Software designing websites for minor league baseball teams and entertainment venues. Over time, the work evolved. Clients began asking for more than a website. They needed software. Systems to manage production. Portals to communicate with customers. Applications to replace the stacks of spreadsheets that had quietly taken over their operations.

That work became the focus of Link Software, and it has been ever since.

Today I handle every client relationship personally. There is no account manager between us. When you contact Link Software, you work directly with the person writing your software. That means faster communication, fewer misunderstandings, and a final product that actually reflects what you asked for.

My background spans PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and WordPress development, with in-depth experience building systems that connect to third-party APIs. Client projects regularly involve a range of third-party products, from QuickBooks and Stripe to FedEx and Dropbox. I have built everything from single-feature customer-facing tools to multi-module ERP systems used by dozens of employees every day.
