Clients
Link Software LLC has built custom software for clients in manufacturing, professional services, sports, and more. Take a look at the rest of this page to learn about some of our current clients. Discover more about the work we have done for them to help improve and enhance their businesses.
Manufacturing
Many of our larger clients are involved in different forms of manufacturing and production. They have special software solutions in place for managing production, inventory, shipping, and billing.
The Folks Creative Printers, Inc.
Link Software built and maintains an ERP system for The Folks Creative Printers. The Folks, a commercial printer in Ohio, uses our custom software to manage every part of their production process. It starts by collecting orders from customers. Next, it involves taking those orders through the printing process, managing inventory, and shipping finished goods. Finally, it all ends with invoicing and billing.
Nordson March
Nordson March reached out to Link Software for help. Managing their production process through emails and spreadsheets had become too difficult. We built an internal application that lets their staff track the production of products they build for customers. Staff is notified as each phase of production is completed. A real-time schedule is maintained and adjusted based on their progress.
Longevity Acrylics Inc.
Longevity Acrylics Inc. hired Link Software to create a custom order tracking system for their customers. The system imports data from its accounting package and embeds a simple lookup form directly onto the company’s existing website. Customers can visit the Longevity site, enter their details, and immediately see information about their order. In addition to order information, the system Link Software built for Longevity allows staff to upload news and product pricing information for customers to access during their order lookups.
American Veteran Contracting Solutions, LLC
American Veteran Contracting Solutions, LLC asked Link Software to help them create a custom delivery tracker to add to their website. The delivery tracking system takes data from an internal spreadsheet, imports it into a custom admin panel, and then provides a simple embed to add the tracker to their website running on the GoDaddy Website Builder. Customers who use the order tracker are redirected to the freight provider responsible for shipping their order.
SK Equine Products
SK Equine Products manufactures and ships high-end horse saddles. The production time for the saddles can vary and the staff at SK Equine Products wanted a way to keep customers informed of their order’s progress. Instead of emailing back-and-forth, or answering phone calls, SK Equine needed a custom order tracker built for their website. Link Software made them an order entry and tracking system for their business to help manage production internally and keep their customers updated on the status of their orders from start to finish.
Professional Services
Link Software has helped professional service agencies improve their relationships with their clients since our inception. We’ve helped bookkeepers, lawyers, and insurance agents with internal tools and websites.
CapForge Bookkeeping & Tax
CapForge Bookkeeping & Tax was originally looking for an internal project management tool to help keep up with all of the tasks their hundreds of accounting clients needed. As time has gone by, and our business relationship has grown, Link Software now maintains several connecting systems to give CapForge employees the best tools possible to meet their client’s needs.
CTG Federal
CTG Federal, a firm offering IT solutions to federal defense, intelligence, and civilian organizations, reached out to Link Software to build a custom order tracking system. The program we built helps CTG Federal manage the day-to-day requests from their customers looking for order and shipping statuses. The system supports data entry, assists in invoice creation, and provides a portal for customers to manually check an order’s status on their own.
Ward Law Office LLC
Link Software worked with Ward Law Office LLC, a patent and trademark law firm, to build a website for their business. Ward Law Office wanted a website that emphasizes the services they offer potential clients. The goal is to provide those visitors with a quick and easy way to contact them for more information.
Roger Smith Insurance Agency
We started doing work for the Roger Smith Insurance Agency all the way back in December of 2004. During that time, we have been responsible for their web presence and have consulted with them on a handful of other information technology-related projects.
Hood & Associates
Hood & Associates was looking for a way to help their CPAs keep clients informed during the busy tax return season. In an effort to improve communication and decrease support requests, we built a simple tax return tracker for the firm. This system allows their clients to quickly look up details on the progress of their return as staff at Hood & Associates add updates to the system.
JMG Veteran Contracting, LLC
JMG Veteran Contracting, LLC reached out to us for help setting up an order tracking application. Fortunately, we had an existing relationship with the owners of JMGVC from our work with American Veteran Contracting Solutions, LLC. We were able to get JMGVC up and running quickly by leveraging the existing software from that previous project.
Sports & Entertainment
Our company started back in 2003 designing websites for minor league baseball teams and entertainment venues. We’ve been involved with clients in professional sports and entertainment across a number of leagues and locations ever since.
USPBL
The USPBL asked Link Software to redesign their WordPress website into a more traditional baseball site. The aim was to provide team news, player stats, game recaps, and more. The new site now gives users access to upcoming schedules, ticket details, ballpark information, and team portals for each of the four teams in the league.
Huntington Center
Our work with the Huntington Center began before the building was even a finished product. We have been involved with the arena’s official website since the building was known as the Lucas County Arena. The website, powered by WordPress, gives arena staff the ability to quickly keep guests up to date on future events and announcements.
